Friends, I was so excited to share this with you all, that I ran outside in the cold, barefoot and in shorts, camera in hand, and took a few pictures of the front porch decorated for Christmas. I hope you enjoy it!
It came to me a while back that I wanted to create a Christmas Tree effect with lights around the porch, and balcony. Our bow that we had used last year ended up being the perfect topper, and you'll probably see why when you get a peek inside. I think it worked out perfectly! We may end up doing this again next year, I like it so much!
I don't know that I've ever used garland around the front door before, that I have liked as much as this. The best part of it all, is that the garland was only $15 for each set, at At Home. I only needed two! We had the lights from last year, so we draped them along with the garland to light it up. The little trees I found at Lowes, for quite the deal. Only $40 each! They are pre-lit and come with the base. It was the best price I'd seen thus far, and I was lucky that we found them when we did, because our store was sold out, and we had to go to another store to pick up two of the four they had left. They were seriously a great deal, so I completely understand them going out of stock so quickly. We added some red ornaments to pull in the red theme you will see inside. The door mat is from Target. Too good to pass up and only $10!
This gorgeous wreath is a great Home Goods find from last year. It's huge, and this picture really doesn't do it justice.
My favorite picture of them all. It pretty much captures how I feel when I see everything lit up at night.
Oh, and Olaf says, "Hi!"!
Stay tuned for the rest of the porch, because yes, their is more to be revealed this Wednesday, when my whole Christmas Tour goes live. I'll be one, in a long list of bloggers, sharing their homes with you all this week. Here is a list of all the blogs, and days they will be featured. We'd love, and appreciate it, if you all would follow along! Thank you so much!
